Circuits - Great for all abilities this class will help improve mobility, strength and stamina, working at different stations to really get the blood flowing.

Boxercise - Based in the principles of boxing this class will give you a full body workout, high impact and energetic. This class is good for all levels.

Core Toning - If you want great posture and a gorgeous tummy, this class focuses on the core stomach muscles using free body exercises and swiss balls.

Pilates - Stretch, tone and strengthen your body to soothing music in this slow paced class.
